Welcome to our awesome accounting!  You are just three steps from being ready to take on the world by freeing up more of your valuable time.

Step 1: Fill out the survey below so that we can learn more about you and what your needs are.
Step 2: Once we receive your survey we'll determine what services will be included in your accounting plan and finalize monthly pricing.
Step 3: Once pricing is finalized you'll meet with us to set up your software and do some hands-on training.

 

Please bring the following to your set up appointment:

  • Monthly statements from each account involved in your business for the last six months.
  • All of your log-in information to access your accounts online.  (This information is used only to set up bookkeeping; we will not retain this information.)
  • As a sample, some receipts from recent business purchases/expenses.
  • A laptop, tablet or cell phone that can access the internet.  It must be WiFi enabled.
  • Your EIN and any state issued account numbers such as sales or unemployment tax, etc.
  • If you are an LLC, Partnership, or Corporation bring your articles of incorporation (or similar).
  • If applicable, your most recent personal property return, sales and use return, or other state filing.
  • A list of questions you have for us!

Information on Billing:
Bookkeeping is billed at a fixed monthly rate with a one-time set-up fee.  Monthly pricing options are available for bookkeeping only or for all accounting services combined.  After reviewing this survey, we'll follow up with you on pricing prior to our software setup meeting.
